Raw.

The stars didn't fall today; Saturday, June 29

Have this raw, straight from my phone, written while on the bus at 2 am in the morning, after landing in Korea.

2 p.m. fly off. My gran and aunts came to see me off. As well as Zuhaira' and Sakinah, another pinky friend. Lama tak jumpa Sakinah :)

41 000 feet in the skies, conversations, a book and music menjadi teman. Nasib ada kaki, kalau tak alamatnya boring lah. Not much leg room tapi boleh lah. Sampai Taiwan dalam jam 6:30. Alight, took the boarding pass and terus board balik flight. Barely 1 hour lepas touch down dah naik balik 41 000 kaki. Sampai Incheon quite early actually but got held up at the Customs because we didn't fill in the arrival form correctly. Dahlah queue sikit punya panjang and cepat nah bergerak. Tapi alhamdulillah survived!

Sangking besarnya Incheon airport ni sampaikan dari tempat turun flight nak ambil luggage kene naik shuttle train. Hehe. Dah lepas je, alhamdulillah. Kat declaration form tu, orang ada tick yang orang bawak makanan. Dah siap mentally untuk beg kena check. Yelah maggie ngan biskut ngan hape2 entah yang ummi pack kan bertimbun. Mau tak mati kalau kena caught without declaring! Tapi alhamdulillah, pak guard collect declaration form wihout looking, what more actually checking the bag! So keluar pun happy je. Sakinah pergi 7-11 beli air and T-Money card (macam EZlink tapi lagi banyak uses) while orang lantak keropok kerana kelaparan. Flight sombong; mineral water pun $4! Dah budget airline buat hal budget airline please.

So kite dua tunggu jelah sampai jam 1.20 pagi where we boarded a bus towards Yeongcham ke Yamcheong (tempat2 yang tak disebut dalam textbook, orang memang tak pass. Yang tau Seoul, Jeju, Busan. Tu je. Haha). As I write this, we're still on the bus. Sakinah dah lama gone ke alam mimpi but I can't sleep. Feels weird to see the bustops on my right instead of the usual left.. Takut jugak lah ada kat negeri orang, lagi-lagi yang homogenous dan tak berapa familiar dengan Islam. Tapi tengok langit, nampak bulan. It's the same moon I saw in Singapore and it's the same moon I saw while on the flight from Taiwan. And it's that same beautiful moon that follows me to Korea and wherever I am and will be. Tersentak sekejap.. alhamdulillah, tetap bumi Allah jugak kan.
