Be Nice.

Reminder to self: Do not be condescending to others who are in difficulty. Do not tell them "Oh you should have done this" or "You should have done that". Do not give them a look that says "Oh my god, you couldn't even think of this simple a solution??" Do not say or do anything that would put them down because you have not walked in their shoes and you will never do. Just stay quiet if you have no comforting words to say. It's not that hard.
