Well now.

Decided to test a baked pasta recipe so i switched on the oven to get it to heat up. When the orange light came on, I saw some wonky stuff on the metal pan (?) so i switched the oven off and took the pan out. Upon closer inspection, guess what? Mold. Thazzz right. The kind you see on cheese, the green stuff. It's been so long since the iron has been in use. Mum used to bake a lot but since she fell sick, the oven has not been used at all. Does this mean I need to start baking or what. How do you take care of an oven without using it?!???
